Easilocks uses a reputable courier service to ensure timely and satisfactory shipping conditions for all of our products.

All of our parcels are sent with a signed delivery service. Please note; if driver release is requested without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the parcel.

All of our delivery options exclude bank holidays and weekends.

Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of the delivery or reported to the warehouse within 48 hours.

Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am – 6:30pm Monday – Friday.

**We do not offer a weekend delivery service.

Please enter the requested details for a return label.

Easilocks will deduct £6 from your return credit for the cost of return shipment. 

If you would like to return the item yourself, please notify us and provide return tracking number.

We will happily process your return for an exchange or gift card that can be used on any products (you or a friend can use this and the great news is , there is no expiration date)

Returns can take upto 14 days of receipt depending on volume of returns. Our team works as fast as we possibly can to get your return completed asap.

Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, unfortunately we would be unable to accept a return based on the following:

• Items that have been opened/tampered with
• Items that have been worn/used/tried on
• Items removed from the protective hygienic net
• Items missing the completed returns form
• Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless a product is deemed faulty
• We are not liable for any unreceived returns
• Any products being returned must be returned with any promotional gifts included at the time of ordering
• Any order placed on a credit or gift voucher will have a new voucher to the value of the returned item.

How long do returns take?

Please allow 5-7 working days from date of receipt.

Don’t worry our team will notify you as soon as the return arrives and they will keep you posted.

Faulty product reviews our team will deal with on a case by case bases and aim to have all claims closed within 7 working days.

This may be longer pending receipt of piece if it needs to be returned for further investigation.

Cancellation

We are super quick at processing your order to ensure we can get it to you as soon as possible.

This means we may not be able to cancel/amend your item once your order has been processed.
