It’s important to note that all our hair care products are delicately balanced formulas that, when used together, can do the most amazing things for your hair. So in order to get the promised results, we highly recommend that you only use this treatment in conjunction with other Easilocks hair care products.
The products we recommend are our Macadamia Shampoo & Conditioning Masque and our Rose Gold Heat Protection Oil.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
SOS Ingredients: Aqua (water), Cysteamine HCl, Propyleneglycol, Triethanolamine, Silicone Quaternium 18, Trideceth-6, Trideceth-12, Hydroxyethylcellulose, PEG-40 Hydrogenated castor oil, Ethanolamine, Parfum (fragrance), Limonene, Linalool.

Get your order in before 2.30pm if you want a next day delivery! Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the following working day on a next day delivery service.
We advise all salons to allow 1-2 working days for delivery to ensure you have received and checked the goods. This will allow yourself time to check your order and rectify any discrepancies before your client's appointment date.
Despite our best efforts, some minor delays may still occur due to external factors such as courier delays. We know that no-one likes a delayed order, but it’s completely worth the wait!
Returns

We will happily process your return for an exchange or gift card that can be used on any products (you or a friend can use this and the great news is , there is no expiration date)
Returns can take up to 14 days of receipt depending on volume of returns. Our team works as fast as we possibly can to get your return completed asap.
Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, unfortunately we would be unable to accept a return based on the following:
- Items that have been opened/tampered with
- Items that have been worn/used/tried on
- Items removed from the protective hygienic net
- Items missing the completed returns form
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless a product is deemed faulty
- We are not liable for any unreceived returns
- Any products being returned must be returned with any promotional gifts included at the time of ordering
- Any order placed on a credit or gift voucher will have a new voucher to the value of the returned item.
