HOW DO I GET A COLOUR MATCH?
Please send us a photo of your hair, from the back.. preferably in natural daylight and no filters please and we can help find the best colour match for you.

WHERE CAN I FIND AN EASILOCKS SALON?
We are both a salon, we are the Easilocks brand (Supplier and training academy)
You can find a salon close to you on Easilocks.com and you can book a free consultation.
CAN I APPLY HEAT TO MY HD FIBRE HAIR?
Yes! Heat can be applied up to 150 degrees, Heat protection must also be applied to the hairpiece before the application of any heat. We recommend our Rose gold heat protection oil!

Please enter the requested details for a return label.
Easilocks will deduct £6 from your return credit for the cost of return shipment.
If you would like to return the item yourself, please notify us and provide return tracking number.
We will happily process your return for an exchange or gift card that can be used on any products (you or a friend can use this and the great news is , there is no expiration date)
Returns can take upto 14 days of receipt depending on volume of returns. Our team works as fast as we possibly can to get your return completed asap.
Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, unfortunately we would be unable to accept a return based on the following:
- Items that have been opened/tampered with
- Items that have been worn/used/tried on
- Items removed from the protective hygienic net
- Items missing the completed returns form
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless a product is deemed faulty
- We are not liable for any unreceived returns
- Any products being returned must be returned with any promotional gifts included at the time of ordering
- Any order placed on a credit or gift voucher will have a new voucher to the value of the returned item.

HOW DO I STYLE MY PIECE/HAIR
All our HD Fibre clip-in hairpieces can be styled to a maximum of 150 degrees.
Please follow the below steps to style your hairpiece
1. Generously apply our Rose Gold Oil to the piece before the application of any heat to prevent any heat damage.
2. Style the piece using a curling tool or wand, remember do not use heat above 180 degrees!
**The key to styling our HD Fibre hairpieces is to use lower heat for a longer period of time.
The curl needs to be allowed to cool before allowing the curl to drop.
This can be done in the palm of your hand or for maximum results we recommend the curl is pinned until cooled.
For maximum results, Easilocks aftercare products should be used to maintain our HD Fibre pieces as our products have been tried and tested on the pieces.

HOW LONG WILL MY PRE-ORDER TAKE?
We would advise that our pre orders may take up to 10 working days, Contact our customer service team for any further information.
As you have only paid for one shipping,all items will be shipped together.If you wish to split your order please contact us on info@easilocks.com
CAN I WASH MY HAIRPIECE?
For maximum results, we recommend only Easilocks products are used on the piece as these are the only products that have been tried and tested on the piece.
We cannot guarantee the performance of the piece if other products are used on it.
However, if using another Shampoo or Conditioner it must not contain any silicones or sulfates and must be free from parabens.
I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE, WHAT CAN I DO?
We are not able to manually add a disocunt code after the order has been placed.Please feel free to use the discount off your next order.
