- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned in the original packaging in order for your return to be processed.
- Items must be received in the original condition so please pack up carefully.
Don't forget to enclose our returns form noting the reason for return, to help us process your return.

How long does it take to process my return
We aim to process your return ASAP.
Please allow 5-7 working days from date of receipt.
Don't worry our amazing returns team will notify you once we have received your item and keep you updated.
If the item you received is faulty, please email our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt on email@example.com quoting your original order number.
We are super quick at processing your order to ensure we get your item to you as soon as possible.
This means we may not be able to cancel/amend your item once your order has been processed.

Once the item is returned to stock all pre-orders will be fulfilled as a priority order.
