I'm an international customer, how do I return something to you?
- Return your package to us via your local post office or courier service.
- We recommend all items are sent back to us via tracked or recorded delivery.
- You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Easilocks. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Please note: Returns sent using any other method are at the customers own cost and liability.
*We are super-quick at processing your order, once an order has been placed we can't cancel before delivery.
*Please not professional products should only be applied by a trained professional if not applied by a qualified technician unfortunately this will void any warranty on the product.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
