We aim to process returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving the returned item. You may exchange your item for something else or receive a gift card for the value of the item.
We will not accept returns on the following:
- Items that have been opened/tampered with
- Items that have been worn/used/tried on
- Items removed from the protective hygienic net
- Items missing the completed returns form
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless a product is deemed faulty
- We are not liable for any unreceived returns
- You must note that this is a returned item with a 0 value so the parcel passes customs clearance
- Any products being returned must be returned with any promotional gifts included at the time of ordering
- Any order placed on a credit or gift voucher will have a new voucher to the value of the returned item
UK Customers: You must complete the correct form, available from your local post office. This must accompany the item(s) being returned
- For items up to £270, you must complete the CN22 form
- For items over £270, you must complete the CN23 form
