All of our parcels are sent on a signed delivery service. Please note if driver release is requested without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the parcel.
All of our delivery options exclude Bank Holidays and Weekends.
We will happily refund or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt once the item meets the below criteria.
*Please note our returns period is extended for the Christmas Season*
- The item must be in the original Hygiene Net and packaging unworn and undamaged.
- Return must have return form with relevant details, we want to process the return as soon as we can for you.

Please note the Buyer is responsible for any return shipment costs unless a product is deemed as faulty.
We recommend sending via registered or tracked post as unfortunately we are not liable for any unreceived returns.
Any products being returned for a refund must be returned with any promotional gifts included at the time.
Any order placed on a credit or gift voucher will have a new voucher to the value of purchase for the returned item.
When returning anything to Easilocks from the U.K. you must complete the correct form, available from your local post office and this must accompany the item(s) being returned.
For items valued up to £270 you must complete the CN22 form.
For items valued over £270 you must complete the CN23 form.

Any fault or issue with an item must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Please contact the team with the original order number and details in order to raise a Faulty Product review.
How long does the process take?
Please allow 5-7 working days from date of receipt.
Don’t worry our team will notify you as soon as the return arrives and they will keep you posted.
Faulty product reviews our team will deal with on a case by case bases and aim to have all claims closed within 7 working days.
This may be longer pending receipt of piece if it needs to be returned for further investigation.
We are super quick at processing your order to ensure we can get it to you as soon as possible.
This means we may not be able to cancel/amend your item once your order has been processed.

All promotional codes are for a limited time only.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we have the right to refuse or cancel the order any orders.
Please note a pre order item is an item which is currently out of stock.
Once the item is restocked all pre orders will be fulfilled as priority orders.
All orders will be dispatched on your chosen delivery method once in stock.
