Want to return your parcel? No Problem.
- If your purchase is unsuitable you can exchange for a credit note or company gift voucher.All sales are final.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned in the original packaging in order for your return to be processed.
- Items must be received in the original condition so please pack up carefully.
Don't forget to enclose our returns form noting the reason for return, to help us process your return.
- Pack up your item for return with the completed returns form.

The item being returned is the customers responsibility until it reaches us, so we advise the use of registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery so the delivery can be tracked. How long does it take to process my return
We aim to process your return ASAP.
Please allow 5-7 working days from date of receipt.
Don't worry our amazing returns team will notify you once we have received your item and keep you updated.
When returning anything to Easilocks from the U.K. you must complete the correct form, available from your local post office and this must accompany the item(s) being returned.
For items valued up to £270 you must complete the CN22 form.
For items valued over £270 you must complete the CN23 form.

If the item you received is faulty, please email our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt on email@example.com quoting your original order number.
We are super quick at processing your order to ensure we get your item to you as soon as possible.
This means we may not be able to cancel/amend your item once your order has been processed.
If you would like to cancel your order, pop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and we will do our very best to fulfil your request.
Only one promotional/discount code can be used per order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Alternatively, you can DM the images to us on Instagram.
Our technicians aim to advise on the most suitable colour match to the best of our ability.
**We cannot 100% guarantee this by looking at photos/videos and listening to descriptions over the phone.
Please note a pre-order item, is an item which is currently out of stock.
Once the item is returned to stock all pre-orders will be fulfilled as a priority order.
