DELIVERIES
Easilocks uses a reputable courier service to ensure timely and satisfactory shipping conditions for all of our products.
All of our parcels are sent with a signed delivery service. Please note; if driver release is requested without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to the parcel.
All of our delivery options exclude bank holidays and weekends.
Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of the delivery or reported to the warehouse within 48 hours.
During busier occasions we may extended the delivery timeframe, the timeframe you choose at checkout will be correct. Note any order that states ‘Dispatch’ means your order will be dispatched within that timeframe, not delivered.
BREXIT
Our services will remain the same with no additional costs.
DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am – 6:30pm Monday – Friday.
**We do not offer a weekend delivery service.
PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR ORDER AND PLEASE ENSURE THERE IS SOMEBODY AT THE ADDRESS GIVEN TO ACCEPT DELIVERY.

*Please allow 48hrs on top of all delivery options for the rare occasion we may have a shipping delay due to traffic/weather or technical issues
*Please allow for any extreme weather or traffic delays which may be completely out of our hands.
*Please note all discounts are for a limited time only and based on available stock levels.
*Please note shipping options are working day only this excludes weekends and holidays.
*Please note orders containing a back order item will be shipped once all stock is available.
Our team will always assist on any deliveries however once an item has left our warehouse we are limited to the information our third party courier service provide us. Our team will always work to resolve any issues that may arise which is unlikely.
