Please enter the requested details for a return label.
Easilocks will deduct £6 from your return credit for the cost of a UK return shipment.
For all other returns this will need to be paid via the An post link provided.
If you would like to return the item yourself, please notify us and provide return tracking number.
Anything outside of this we simple advise to return on a tracked service via your local post office to the below Ireland return address.
Please include the picking ticket inside your return - any returns without this may not be accepted as a return.
We will happily process your return for an exchange or gift card that can be used on any products (you or a friend can use this and the great news is , there is no expiration date)
You are welcome to return your unwanted items within 14 days as long as all returning items are unused and in their original packaging (still attached to the backboard, with tags on and with hygiene seal still intact, if applicable)! Our team works as fast as we possibly can to get your return completed asap.
Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, unfortunately we would be unable to accept a return based on the following:
- Items that have been opened/tampered with
- Items that have been worn/used/tried on (Even if this is to check suitability)
- Items removed from the protective hygienic net
- Items missing the completed returns form
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless a product is deemed faulty
- We are not liable for any unreceived returns
- Any products being returned must be returned with any promotional gifts included at the time of ordering
- Any order placed on a credit or gift voucher will have a new voucher to the value of the returned item.
3 For 2- Offer is redeemed by adding 3 products to your cart, the lowest priced item in your cart will be provided for free.
Offer only applies to full-priced products. Discounted products do not count towards the threshold to qualify for the offer.

If you return the free item, no refund or credit will be issued.
If you return one of the other items, you will be credited the amount for that product, less the value of the free product at the time you purchased it.

HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE?
Please allow up to 14 working days from date of receipt.
Don’t worry our team will notify you as soon as the return arrives and they will keep you posted.
Faulty product reviews our team will deal with on a case by case bases and aim to have all claims closed within 7 working days.
This may be longer pending receipt of piece if it needs to be returned for further investigation.
CANCELLATION
We are super quick at processing your order to ensure we can get it to you as soon as possible.
This means we may not be able to cancel/amend your item once your order has been processed.
