HOW TO APPLY IT

Place the Crown Booster Hair Piece to the crown of your head and position the clips
For additional strength, backcomb the areas where the clips will sit to allow the clips to hold effectively and comfortably
If you plan to style, we recommend doing this while the hair booster is off the head - it’s easier to achieve your desired style this way!

HOW TO CARE FOR IT

When shampooing your Crown Booster Hair Piece, always use cool water (no hot stuff) and lather the product in a gentle vertical motion ONLY to avoid tangles and damage.
After shampooing, towel dry the hair to remove excess moisture, apply conditioner and comb through before rinsing as normal.
Not that we’re biased, but we always recommend using Easilocks Shampoo & Conditioner. After all, it’s been formulated specifically for our extensions!
Blow-dry your hairpiece as normal keeping at least 2 inches from the hair itself.
When it comes to styling, you can use heat up to 150 degrees but you should ALWAYS prep with our Rose Gold Heat Protection Oil.
As mentioned above, we recommend styling your Crown Booster Hair Piece when it’s off your head as it’s easier to achieve your desired look.

We offer a consistent next day or standard delivery service with DHL / GLS / Royal Mail

Don't forget... our transit times are working days only.

Get your order in before 2.30pm if you want a next day delivery! Orders placed after 2.30pm will be dispatched from our warehouse the following working day on a next day delivery service.

We advise all salons to allow 1-2 working days for delivery to ensure you have received and checked the goods. This will allow yourself time to check your order and rectify any discrepancies before your client's appointment date.

Despite our best efforts, some minor delays may still occur due to external factors such as courier delays. We know that no-one likes a delayed order, but it’s completely worth the wait!

Returns:

We will happily process your return for an exchange or gift card that can be used on any products (you or a friend can use this and the great news is , there is no expiration date)

Returns can take up to 14 days of receipt depending on volume of returns. Our team works as fast as we possibly can to get your return completed asap.

Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, unfortunately we would be unable to accept a return based on the following:

Items that have been opened/tampered with
Items that have been worn/used/tried on
Items removed from the protective hygienic net
Items missing the completed returns form
Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless a product is deemed faulty
We are not liable for any unreceived returns
Any products being returned must be returned with any promotional gifts included at the time of ordering
Any order placed on a credit or gift voucher will have a new voucher to the value of the returned item.
